ibis Styles Sarajevo is new, stylish city hotel located close to the International Airport and the city center of the Capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Offering services carefully set up to energize its guests in a healthy way, this non-smoking hotel serving exclusively healthy dishes and virgin drinks is the perfect place to experience the energetic vibe of Sarajevo.
Inspired by Sarajevo’s cultural diversity and its winter sports tradition, ibis Styles Sarajevo does make the contrasts play! The unique melting pot of traditional and modern designs elements are combined with a subtle, relaxing simplicity. Warmth of wooden finishes and eastern wool textures meet the cold of white ceilings, raw concrete, modern furnishings and neon lights. Bright, colorful wallpapers, imaginative motifs of Olympic mascot “Vucko” and names of the facilities such as “1984 restaurant” or “Igman hall” revive memories of the Winter Olympics ’84.
Intriguing and courageously placed details make the hotel interior even more interesting – in the rooms, vintage skis hanging on the wall right beside a high-tech LCD placed on a frame of traditional Bosnian rug. Above the shelter, neon lamp shaped as a greeting a la Sarajevo “Vozdra”. Lamps made of skis above the sharing table suddenly evolve in shiny hanging snowboards up cycled into swings in front of the reception.
By the end of 2018, after finishing the reconstruction of the complete building, the hotel will offer 181 rooms in total, conference venues with a maximum capacity of 800 persons, state of the art Wellness center and all day long dining option in the hotel restaurant, cafe and sky bar.
